Mark Robert Harris is a certified public accountant in the United States. Mr. Harris holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from California Polytechnic State University and an MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Management.

Since September 2006, Mr. Harris has served as a Senior Managing Director of Avenue Asia Singapore Pte Ltd., a wealth management advisor. From April 2004 to September 2006, Mr. Harris served as Corporate Financial Controller of Hutchison Telecommunications International Limited, a provider of telecommunications services.
