Besides Mr. Chang participated in exceed 300 investment cases decision-making with portfolio companies in areas of TMT, Consume, and Clean technology. Mr. Chang had served in Merrill Lynch and Deloitte. Mr. Chang also provided professional advisory and contribution to the establishment of many SOE/CGE equity investment institutions, overseas venture capital funds in the preparatory work to provide constructive comments.
