Tuck Lye Koh used to be the Vice President of GIC Special Investments (Beijing) Company Ltd., he was involved in origination, negotiation, due diligence, monitoring, and divestment of private equity investment at GIC Special Investments (Beijing) Company Limited.

Mr. Koh was previously with the Direct Investment group of AIG Investment Corporation (Asia) Ltd., Shanghai Representative Office.

Mr. Koh is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a graduate of Stanford University and the National University of Singapore. Mr. Koh did not hold any directorship in any listed companies in the past three years.
